Modest versus sexy

Is it possible for an outfit to look modest and sexy at the same time?
I've found possibly two connotations to the word ‘sexy’

- one, meaning sexually suggestive, sensual, seductive, etc.
- second, having appealing qualities, highly attractive, very interesting.

'Modest' in relation to clothes would imply not showing too much of the body, using sober colors as well as pleasant patterns, it also means being decent.
Generally, it would be hard to completely ‘cover up’ unless in a cat-suit or something similar-maybe a body-hugging long-sleeved, turtle-necked gown and look sexually suggestive while being modest. At the same time, it is not difficult to dress modest, yet look extremely attractive and ‘sexy’ ;)

A confident woman, dressed decently, can look far more ‘sexier’ than someone provocatively dressed.

This article on What does Modesty really mean covers not just how women feel when they are looked at, but also how women are not responsible for how men lustfully look at them!

Biblical modesty isn’t about managing the sexual impulses of other people; it’s about cultivating humility, decency and respectfulness within ourselves.

We cannot stop lust by covering up the female form; we stop lust by teaching men to treat women as human beings worthy of respect!!!
