Preggy and Pretty - Finding maternity wear in your wardrobe

So like I mentioned in my earlier post, Maternity Wear Basics that I would be sharing how I use my clothes during my pregnancy, here’s the first.

I had a dress I had picked up some time ago which had an elastic around the waist and a belt to go over it. I loved the fall and feel of the fabric and knew this could work during my pregnancy. 

So, I loosened the stitching of the elastic from the front of the dress to make way for my tummy and cut off the loops from the sides of the dress so I didn’t have to wear the belt.

It does go above my knees now that my tummy is expanding, but I have tried wearing it in other ways, combining it with stuff like shrugs and leggings to get different looks.

I just wish I had a nice white jacket too, to wear this with :)
